Welcome to ThunderHoodieGigs (the “Platform”). These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the Platform by freelancers/sellers (“Sellers”) who offer services, projects, or gigs to buyers (“Buyers”). By registering, creating gigs, or delivering services on ThunderHoodieGigs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Platform: The ThunderHoodieGigs website, applications, and related services.

• Seller / Freelancer: Any registered user who offers services, projects, or gigs.

• Buyer: Any registered user who purchases services on the Platform.

• Gig: A service listing created by a Seller with defined scope, price, and delivery terms.

• Project: A custom job posted by a Buyer and accepted by a Seller.

• Order: A confirmed purchase of a Gig or Project.

• Deliverables: Work product submitted by a Seller to fulfill an Order.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

1. Sellers must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts.

2. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

3. Each user may maintain only one Seller account unless expressly permitted by the Platform.

4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers agree to:

• Provide services professionally, ethically, and in accordance with the Gig/Project description.

• Deliver work within the agreed timeframe and scope.

• Communicate clearly and promptly with Buyers.

• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

• Ensure that all submitted work is original or properly licensed.

4. Gigs & Project Listings

1. Sellers must clearly describe:

   • Scope of work

   • Pricing and revisions

   • Delivery timeline

   • Any requirements from the Buyer

2. Misleading, false, or prohibited content is strictly forbidden.

3. ThunderHoodieGigs reserves the right to edit, suspend, or remove any Gig or Project listing that violates these Terms.

5. Orders, Delivery & Revisions

1. Once an Order is placed, Sellers are obligated to complete it as described.

2. Deliverables must be submitted through the Platform.

3. Revisions are limited to what is stated in the Gig or Project agreement.

4. Late or incomplete deliveries may result in penalties, cancellations, or account review.

6. Payments, Fees & Withdrawals

1. ThunderHoodieGigs may charge a service fee or commission on completed Orders.

2. Payments are released to Sellers only after Order completion and Buyer acceptance (or automatic completion).

3. Sellers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees related to their earnings.

4. Withdrawal methods, minimum limits, and processing times are determined by the Platform and may change.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

1. Orders may be canceled by mutual agreement or under Platform dispute resolution.

2. Refund eligibility depends on Order status, delivered work, and dispute findings.

3. Abuse of cancellations or refunds may result in account suspension.

8. Disputes & Resolution

1. Disputes between Sellers and Buyers should first be attempted to be resolved mutually.

2. If unresolved, ThunderHoodieGigs may review communications and submissions to make a final decision.

3. The Platform’s decision in disputes is final and binding.

9. Prohibited Activities

Sellers must not:

• Offer illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive services.

• Infringe intellectual property rights.

• Circumvent Platform payment systems.

• Manipulate reviews, ratings, or feedback.

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

10. Intellectual Property

1. Unless otherwise agreed, ownership of Deliverables transfers to the Buyer upon full payment.

2. Sellers retain the right to display work in portfolios unless restricted by the Buyer.

3. The Platform retains all rights to its trademarks, branding, and software.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

ThunderHoodieGigs may suspend or terminate Seller accounts if:

• These Terms are violated.

• Fraudulent or harmful activity is detected.

• Required verification is not provided.

Termination may result in loss of access to funds pending investigation.

12. Limitation of Liability

ThunderHoodieGigs is not liable for:

• Disputes between Sellers and Buyers.

• Loss of income, data, or reputation.

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

The Platform provides services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

13. Indemnification

Sellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThunderHoodieGigs from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Breach of these Terms

• Violation of laws or third-party rights

• Services provided through the Platform

14. Modifications to Terms

ThunderHoodieGigs may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ThunderHoodieGigs is registered, unless otherwise required by law.
